9 IDEJA ZA OPUŠTANJE


Nakon posla i svih obaveza definitivno ste zaslužili jedan dan samo za sebe i opuštanje. Evo nekoliko ideja što bi mogli raditi za 'svoj dan':

1. POSLIJEPODNEVNI SPAVANAC

Kada ste zadnji put zadrijemali poslijepodne, a onda onako osvježeni skuhali si crni čaj ili kavu i uživali u mirnom poslijepodnevu...

2. INTERNET KUPNJA

Sigurno imate negdje u bookmarksima folder 'SHOPPING'. Evo prilike da vidite što se zanimljivo nudi. A možete se i počastiti nekom sitnicom. Škicnite NastyGal ili ASOS.


3. MASAŽA
Nazovite prijateljicu i zajedno se počastite masažom! A nakon toga - čakulica uz kavu ili čaj ;)

4. ČITANJE 

Zavalite se na kauč i uživajte u knjizi.

5. ODRADITE TRENING
Trčanje, pilates, joga, aerobik - dobro se oznojite! Osjećaj nakon treninga je suuuuper ;)

6. SKUHAJTE NEKO NOVO JELO
Istražite neki novi recept i iznenadite i sebe i bližnje.

7. MOLITVA ILI MEDITACIJA
Smirite misli i budite sami sa sobom. Osvijestite sve one lijepe stvari u svom životu, detektirajte na sebi ono što biste voljeli popraviti, uživajte sami sa sobom...

8. ŠETNJA U PRIRODI
Otiđite u prirodu i uživajte u svježem zraku i svemu što nam prekrasna priroda nudi...

9. PRIVATNI WELLNESS
Ako si možete priuštiti odlazak na wellness vikend - super! U suprotnom - napravite si privatni, kućni wellness. Mirisne svijeće, novi peeling, kupka i mirisne soli, mirisne kreme - prigušite svjetla i uživajte u privatnoj spa-oazi.

OFFLINE FOR A FEW DAYS...

When was the last time you disconnected from the ‘digital world’? When was the last time you were offline for a few days? Despite the fact that I work in the media industry and that I adore blogs and the online world, sometimes I really like to disconnect from everything.

Especially when I`m on vacation…I walk barefoot, explore the beauty of the nature around me, I read a book, lie around or do some gardening… just enjoying my time. After that I feel more energized and rested. 

I have noticed that sometimes I find it very difficult to do nothing.  And I feel guilty if I don`t do this or that. I always put so much on my ‘to-do-list’, but I`m changing this…

I prioritize things, I ask for help when I have various obligations, my to-do list is getting smaller and I now enjoy my free time. 

So try sometimes to just walk around on a sunny day, read magazines or books, go for a swim, watch a movie, treat yourself to a home spa - try to do nothing. And when on vacation – be offline!
